🔄 Our Return & Exchange Policy At a Glance
- ⏱️Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- ✅Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- 📝Process: Start by contacting our Celebration Squad below. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- 💸Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- 🚫Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, opened or used costumes (especially Collector’s Edition Costumes), opened party favors, and personalized items cannot be returned.
- ✈️Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was ours (wrong or defective item).
📦 Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Our Celebration Squad: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below to make it super easy!
- Get Your RMA Number: We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the box.
- Ship It Back: Mail your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
- Let the Magic Happen: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange!

💳 Refunds: When & How
🕒Timing: After we receive your return at our warehouse in Seattle, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
🔙Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔄Exchanges: For size or item exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
🚫 Important Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our party superstars, and due to the nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or Used Costumes: This includes all Collector’s Edition Costumes and regular costumes where the hygiene seal or original packaging is broken.
- Opened Party Favours & Tableware: Once opened, these items (like bags of favors or unpackaged cups) cannot be resold.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any item made specifically for your order.
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page at the time of purchase.
Why? Just like you wouldn’t share a party hat, we can’t resell items that have been worn or opened for safety and quality reasons. Thank you for understanding!

Q: What if my item is defective or damaged?
A: Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll send a replacement ASAP or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Q: I received the wrong item. What now?
A: Our apologies! We’ll provide a prepaid return label and rush the correct Action Figure, Decoration, or other item to you right away.
Q: Can I return an international order?
A: Yes! Our policy is global (where we ship). However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. Refunds will be for the item cost only.
