2. Your Responsibilities as a Party Planner

To ensure smooth celebrations for everyone, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and not attempt to interfere with its operation.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• Ensure you are of legal age (18 years or older) to form a binding contract or have parental/guardian consent.
• Verify that the products you order are suitable for your region and comply with any local regulations.
• Understand that we currently cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

3. Products & Service Description

3.1 Product Availability & Themes

We offer a wide range of party products as listed in our menu. All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate colors and images, but slight variations may occur.

3.2 Product Safety & Hygiene

For health and safety reasons, certain items have strict non-returnable conditions (see Section 7). This includes opened costumes, used party favors, and personalized items.

3.3 Delivery of Fun – Shipping Policy

We deliver fun globally*! Here’s how it works:

• Processing: 1-2 business days to prepare your order.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

*Delivery times are estimates. We are currently unable to ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in your country.

4. The Order & Payment Process

4.1 Placing an Order

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is deducted when your order is placed.

4.3 Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only assist if the order hasn’t entered the processing stage (within 1-2 business days).

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds – Our Hassle-Free Policy

Your satisfaction is our final puzzle piece! Please review our detailed policy:

7.1 The Basics

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: Contact us first for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7.2 Important Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used costumes (broken hygiene seal or packaging).
• Opened party favors & tableware.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
